In addition, we support the delivery and use of the videos for websites, listings and selected digital channels. Upon request, we also provide optimised versions tailored to specific website requirements.
The exact scope of services depends on the selected video package and is transparently outlined within each concept.
How long does the filming take?
The duration of filming depends on the size, architecture and complexity of the property, as well as the selected service format. As a rule, we plan several hours on site to capture all relevant perspectives with care and precision.
For individually designed projects, we deliberately take the time required for a refined and high-quality execution. Depending on the property and objectives, filming may also be spread across multiple days.
What matters most is not speed, but the quality of preparation and execution. This ensures that each property is captured in line with its standards.
What does persuasion mean in this context?

Your presence on the filming day is not required. Our process is structured so that production can be carried out independently, reliably and with thorough preparation.
If desired, we can organise access to the property following prior coordination.
All details are clarified in advance to ensure a smooth and secure process.
You are, of course, welcome to be present on site. In this case, you gain direct insight into our working method and can follow the production live, creating transparency and shared understanding of perspectives, visual impact and execution.

How long does it take from commissioning to the finished video?
Production time depends on the scope, format and coordination requirements of the project. Our process is clearly structured to balance quality and reliability.
As a rule, a fully produced real estate film is completed within approximately two weeks. This timeframe includes conceptual alignment, on-site production and post-production, including feedback and refinement.
For projects with specific deadlines or special requirements, timelines are coordinated individually to ensure a high-quality result within the desired timeframe.
How long do the individual steps take?
Our process is clearly structured and designed for reliability. Following receipt of a project enquiry, the initial consultation usually takes place within a few working days to align property details, objectives and framework.
Production begins shortly thereafter. At the same time, all organisational and legal prerequisites are clarified in parallel to ensure an efficient filming day.
After filming, an initial draft is provided for review. Based on your feedback, refinements are made before the final version is completed and delivered.

Is a faster turnaround possible?

Our goal is to deliver your finished video within 7 days in most cases.

Is a lower-priced option available?

Final videos are delivered in common professional formats suitable for websites, listings, digital platforms and selected social channels. Delivery is structured so that the content can be used immediately without additional adjustments.
Following final approval, files are provided promptly — typically within a few working days.
Special format or usage requirements can be accommodated upon request and coordinated in advance.

Depending on the selected package, prices are €799, €1,899 or €2,599.
These prices include all essential components: conceptual alignment, high-quality interior and exterior cinematography including drone footage, professional post-production, licensed music and full finalisation of the film. There are no hidden additional costs.
For particularly extensive properties, individual requirements or additional services, we are happy to develop a bespoke concept to ensure that effort, quality and outcome are aligned with the standards of the property.
How do I receive an offer?
Our services are deliberately structured and transparent. Instead of traditional quotation processes, we offer clearly defined marketing concepts that provide reliable orientation and can be requested directly.
You select the appropriate concept based on the property and its requirements and submit your project enquiry online. Afterwards, details, special considerations and the workflow are aligned in a personal discussion before production begins.
For properties with special requirements, larger scope or individual objectives, we develop a bespoke concept upon request.
How does the review and approval process work?

What usage rights and licences are included?

The licence is property-specific, meaning the material can be used in full for the respective property without hidden additional costs.

What happens in case of bad weather or flight restrictions?

If weather conditions, regulatory requirements or no-fly zones restrict aerial filming, we act proactively and solution-oriented:
The filming date is rescheduled at no additional cost if conditions do not allow for a high-quality result
Alternatively, the concept is adapted (e.g. focus on interior, architectural details or ground-based perspectives)
All flights are carried out in full compliance with regulations and insurance requirements
